Who we are

Cipher provides a hosted team of AI agents. The service runs on cloud infrastructure we operate. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice — the agents produce drafts and research that you, the licensed professional, are responsible for reviewing.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, the work you ask the team to do, and any data you upload. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share. Don't share your account.

What we don't allow

Illegal activity, harassment, generation of malicious code or content designed to harm a person, or attempts to circumvent our safety controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this — with notice when feasible.

Fees and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the billing period. Refunds for partial months are at our discretion — usually granted on request.

No warranty on outputs

The agents are useful but not infallible. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying anything before relying on it for client work.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice (email + in-app banner). Continued use after changes means you accept them.
